Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update. You can follow your package every step of the way from our studio to your doorstep.

Packaging

Each candle is hand-poured and packed with care using eco-friendly, recyclable materials to ensure safe delivery and support sustainability. Please allow 5–7 business days for us to prepare your order. Most orders ship sooner.

Shipping Times

  • Standard U.S. Shipping: 3–7 business days
     

  • Priority U.S. Shipping: 2–3 business days
     

  • Local Pickup/Delivery (if applicable): Available by appointment
     

  • International Shipping: Currently unavailable

Once shipped, delivery times may vary depending on your location and the carrier. We are not responsible for carrier-related delays.

Return & Refund Policy

All sales are final. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

 If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. Be sure to take photos and keep all packaging materials.

 

If you received the wrong item due to our error:

  • Contact us at hello@flawfully.com within 3 days of delivery.
     

  • Include your order number and a photo of the incorrect item.
     

  • We’ll make it right with a replacement or store credit.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Flawfully Unapologetic is not responsible for packages marked as delivered but not received. Please file a claim with the carrier. We’re happy to assist if needed.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After that, all sales are final.
